    Align's collection of off-the-shelf healthy footwear can be eligible for coverage under some insurance plans.

    Keep in mind, coverage for custom shoes are a completely different category and start at $2000+.

    For confirmation of your insurance coverage for our products and services, we suggest you get in contact with your provider by phone or online account and ask about your coverage for medical products and off-the-shelf healthy footwear.We can also provide you with detailed quotes to send to your insurance company, upon request.  While we do our best to guide you to the most appropriate appointment for your needs, understanding individual insurance coverage is ultimately the responsibility of the client, before the appointment.

    An appointment is required to receive a prescription and will only be provided for your footwear or medical product needs if the clinician assesses there is a medical need.
